   Switch to your merchant account.

   Open Customers.

   Use Search customers to find the person you are looking for.

   Open their entry to view the available customer details.

If no results appear

Clear the search and check the full list. Make sure you are using the right business account. To investigate a payment, check Transactions as well as the customer list.
