How to find a transaction

Find your payment

   Open Transactions in GoTap.

   Find the payment by its amount, date, or recipient.

3. 3

   Open it to view the available details, status, and reference.

   If you use personal and business accounts, make sure you are viewing the account used for the payment.

If the list does not load

Check your internet connection and refresh the list. If the transaction details show a Retry button, use it to load the details again. Contact support if the problem continues.
