How to add money to your wallet

Add money by bank transfer

   Open the wallet funding option from your balance card.

   Copy the account number and check the bank displayed in GoTap.

   Open your bank app and start a transfer to those details.

4. 4

   Check the recipient details and amount before authorising the transfer in your bank app.

5. 5

   Return to GoTap and check your wallet balance and transactions.

If your balance has not changed

Check whether the transfer is complete in your bank app. Keep the bank receipt and transfer reference. If the transfer completed but the money is missing in GoTap, contact support with those details.
