Tap-to-pay isn’t available on my phone
Use QR payments when GoTap reports that NFC is unavailable.
Check the message in GoTap
Tap-to-pay availability depends on your device. If GoTap says NFC Tap-to-Pay is unavailable, choose the QR Code option to send or receive a payment instead.
Use another payment option
To receive money, open Receive and select QR Code.
To pay someone, use the QR scanner and scan their GoTap QR.
Review the payment details and confirm the result in your account.
