Reset your login PIN

   Open the GoTap login screen.

   Tap Forgot Passcode?.

   Enter your registered phone number and check the country code.

   Complete the verification requested in the app.

   Set and confirm your new login PIN when prompted.

If you cannot receive the code

Check your phone number and use the resend option when available. If you no longer have access to the registered number, contact support for help with your account.
