How to enable fingerprint or face authentication

Turn on biometrics

   Set up fingerprint or face authentication in your phone settings if you have not already.

   Open GoTap → Profile → Privacy & Security.

   Choose Enable Biometrics for Login or Enable Biometrics for Transaction.

   Complete the authentication requested by GoTap and your phone.

If biometrics are unavailable

Check that your device supports biometrics and has a fingerprint or face enrolled. Use the PIN option in GoTap if biometric authentication is not available or does not work.
