Reach us by email, or report a specific transaction in the app.
From the app
Open Profile → Help & Support.
Choose Email Us.
Your email app opens. Write your message and send it there.

Help us understand the problem
- Describe what you tried and what happened.
- Include the exact error message and your phone model.
- For a payment, include the transaction reference, amount, and date.
- Hide unrelated personal details in screenshots.
