How to accept payments with your business QR

Receive a business payment

   Switch to your merchant account.

   Open Receive and choose QR Code.

3. 3

   Check that the displayed name belongs to your business.

4. 4

   Show the code to your customer or use the available share control.

5. 5

   Ask the customer to scan it with GoTap and complete the payment.

6. 6

   Confirm the payment in your business account before completing the sale.

If a customer says they have paid

Check your own transaction record and the amount received. If you cannot find the payment, ask for the customer’s transaction reference and contact support.
