Keep your PINs private and check who you are paying.
Protect your access
- Keep your login PIN, transaction PIN, and verification codes private.
- Use a screen lock on your phone.
- Install GoTap from the official app stores.
- Check the recipient name and amount before authorising a payment.
If something looks wrong
If you see an unrecognised transaction, open its details and use Report Issue. If your phone is lost or someone may have access to your account, contact GoTap support promptly from a device you trust.
