View your limits

   Open Profile in GoTap.

   Choose KYC & Account Limits.

   Review the limits and verification requirements shown for your account.

   Follow the upgrade steps in the app if you need a higher level.

If a payment is blocked

Read the message shown in the app. If it refers to verification or an account limit, check this page before trying again. Contact support if the message does not match what your account shows.
