How to send money to a bank account

Send a bank transfer

   Open the send-money options and choose Bank Transfer.

   Select the recipient’s bank and enter their account number.

   Check the account name returned in the app before continuing.

   Enter the amount and review the payment details, including any displayed fee.

   Authorise the transfer as requested and check the result.

If the account cannot be confirmed

Check the bank and account number. Do not continue with a different account name. If the lookup keeps failing, contact support with the error shown.
